Filfar Cocktails

For the fun and adventurous, Filfar is ideal for unique twists on classic cocktails!

Filfar Margarita

1 part Filfar Orange Liqueur
1 part Tequila
1 part Lime Juice

Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass and serve.

Filfar Long Island Ice Tea

1 part Filfar Orange Liqueur
1 part Vodka
1 part Tequila
1 part White Rum
1 part Gin
A Dash of Orange Juice
4 parts cola
3 Lime Wedges

Muddle 2 lime wedges and pour into highball glass.  Build spirits and juice over ice and top with cola and then garnish with a lime wheel.

Filfar Sidecar

1 part Filfar Orange Liqueur
2 parts Brandy
1 part Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into the glass and serve.

Filfar 57 Chevy

1 part Filfar Orange Liqueur
1 part Vodka
3 parts Peach Schnapps
8 Parts Pineapple Juice 

Pour the vodka, peach schnapps and the orange liqueur in shaker with ice cubes and shake several seconds. Strain into a short glass and top with pineapple juice.

Filfar Mimosa

 2 dashes of Filfar Orange Liqueur
4 parts Champagne
2 parts Orange Juice

Fill a flute glass one-quarter with orange juice.  Add 2 dashes of Filfar Orange Liqueur and then top with Champagne (or any other sparkling wine)

Filfar San Francisco

1 part Filfar Orange Liqueur
3 parts Vodka
1 part Banana Liqueur
1 good Dash of Grenadine
4 parts Orange Juice
4 parts Pineapple Juice

Mix all the components in a shaker with ice and then pour into a glass filled with ice.

Filfar B-52

1 part Filfar Orange Liqueur
1 part Kahlua
1 part Baileys Irish Cream

Carefully pour all ingredients on the back of a bar spoon so that each liqueur ends up creating a separate layer in the order Kahlua, Baileys then Filfar Orange Liqueur.
